Minnow Race Videos: Weekly, Lakewood Lodge offers several scheduled activities for their guests. This clip shows highlights of one week’s “World Class Minnow Races”. Remember, these races are not just for kids! Everybody is welcome to join in! Some of our races get WILD!!!

Bear Release Video: This video depicts parts of a very interesting day we experienced this year. We were lucky enough to be involved in the capture, transport and release of a nuisance bear. This process began at about 9am and the release occurred at about 2:30pm. This bear weighed in at about 375 pounds. Thank You to professional Bear hunting guide Gary Peck of Bear River Guide Service in Deer River, MN for helping and allowing us to be part of this interesting day.
