The Edge of the Wilderness Discover Center

Located in Marcell, Minnesota (about 20 miles north east of Lakewood Lodge on Hwy 38) the Edge of the Wilderness Discovery Center is a visitor & environmental education center. It is home to a variety of displays & exhibits about the Edge of the Wilderness National Scenic Byway and the surrounding area. It includes a gift shop, and an environmental education room, and best of all it offers a FREE naturalist program throughout the summer.
