Directions to Lakewood Lodge
Lakewood Lodge is located just off County Road 35 on the south side of Sand Lake in northwestern Itasca County, Minnesota. The resort is approximately one hour northwest of Grand Rapids, Minnesota and 4.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN.
From Grand Rapids take Hwy 2 West to Deer River. Then turn north on to Hwy 6 for 17 miles. Turn left onto County Road 35 and follow for about 8 miles. The road comes to a “T” at which point you take a left for approx. ¼ mile where, on your right, you will see our Lakewood Lodge road sign and driveway.
